Testimonials
As a result of the compassionate care we deliver, we develop lasting relationships with our patients. Many times, we hear from our patients about how the providers and staff at Anchor Physical Therapy have helped them. For those of you we hear from, we thank you for passing along your kind words. Here are some of our favorites:
There isn't enough words to truly express my love, respect, and utmost gratitude for the staff at Anchor Physical Therapy! I injured my back in September of 2015. I literally lost count at the number of specialists, doctors, chiropractors and thousands of dollars that I have spent over a year and a half without much progress or healing. I've been told by doctors after X-rays and MRI's that I would probably never be the same again. When I went to Anchor Physical therapy I was very skeptical that they would be able to help me any further. To say that I was discouraged would be an understatement. What has transpired since then I can honestly say and truly believe is nothing short of a miracle! The work that Robin, Mike and Cory Braden and their staff have done was and continues to be BEYOND my greatest expectations. They go above and beyond and make it their mission to properly diagnose you and get you set up for the proper regime and treatment for the right recovery plan. For the first time in a very long time I am making progress by leaps and bounds. I no longer have constant pain and am making strides in the right direction for a full recovery. I have full mobility and am getting stronger every day. On top of that, and most importantly, you are not treated like just a patient. They treat you like a friend. They take you under their wing and give you care as if you were a part of their family. I am and will always be in their debt for the care they have provided to me. Hands down the greatest medical care I have ever experienced. I have no doubt that I will have a full recovery and the name Anchor Physical Therapy will be the first recommendation that I make to anyone that has any type of physical injury. Thank you to everyone at Anchor Physical Therapy. You all aren't just another doctor’s office. You all are an answered prayer!

"I had given up hope. My back pain was so bad that I was scheduled for surgery. I was told that this surgery would leave me restricted and I was worried that I would end up in a wheel chair. I had tried everything from physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and injections. Nothing seemed to work. As a last result, I decided to try one more round of physical therapy because I did not want to be stuck in a wheel chair! My first visit at Anchor Physical Therapy was enlightening. No one had ever examined me like they did. To make a long story short, the folks at Anchor not only eliminated the need for surgery, they were able to find the problem (that no one else could) and fix it! I always loved the outdoors and hiking our beautiful mountains and was afraid that I would never be able to do that. Since completing care at Anchor, I can now walk as much as I want and have completed hikes up 5 fourteen thousand foot peaks. I have hiked up to 20 miles carrying a back pack without pain!"

My vertigo symptoms included dizziness with standing, sitting, rolling over in bed, walking down aisles, and leaning forward I noticed nausea with these movements, as the dizziness increased, it felt like I was “car sick” I had eye movement, which made the room appear to spin with lying down, since childhood and these symptoms increased with my vertigo I was coming to PT 2 times per week since December 2012.”
“My symptoms of vertigo are “zero”. I no longer have any eye movement triggering vertigo when lying down.”

Cory has helped me recover from both rotator cuff surgeries and two total knee replacements. Cory and the entire staff of Anchor Physical Therapy have always been professional and caring.
Cory always explained what he was doing and why, showed me exercises and made sure I was doing them correctly and cheered on my success I would highly recommend Anchor Physical Therapy to anyone in need of PT.

I've been told that I hold all my tension in my shoulders. Keep them "raised up". I've been having issues for the last 25 years and have been to physical therapy at two other places. The first was helpful for a short period of time, the second was no help. Here, I was given exercises and tools to reverse the mess I had built up for so long It's a slow process, you'll feel like it's never going to get better. You will get frustrated. Keep with it! It does help! It does get better! When I came to Anchor, my pain level was 5-6 almost constantly Little by little, those levels went down. The home stretches plus the manipulation done here combine well together. I'm leaving today after several months of treatment with a pain level of 0! I still have some tightness and occasional stiffness but with continuation of exercises at home, it will continue to improve. I'm very pleased with the results!

For months I had experienced a sharp and persistent pain between my shoulder blades. It was getting progressively worse and I was in enough pain that it was increasing my already high blood pressure. The pain radiated up into my neck and I had difficulty turning my head especially when driving. It was hard raising my arms to style my hair and spending long hours in front of the computer required by my job was excruciating. By the end of the day I was exhausted but unable to sleep because I could not get comfortable when lying down I was starting to pend nights in my recliner and was developing a pretty grumpy disposition
My primary physician referred me to Anchor and from the first visit I saw improvement. It has been a few months now and I am feeling so much better. My symptoms have eased or are gone completely and soon I will not need treatment any longer. Stephanie not only treated me, but educated me in how to make changes to my life style so that I can help myself. I have a list of simple stretches and exercises that have helped to make me stronger and ease my pain. I have changed my office chair and how I sit in it and the pillow I sleep on. Even though I dislike the cold of ice packs, I have learned how beneficial even a few minutes can be.
My only regret is that I did not get to Anchor sooner, I could have avoided so many pain filled and sleepless nights.
